You don't. If at all, for any reason you believe that you may be pregnant, you must test either by a home pregnancy test or by a blood pregnancy test given by your doctor. As for symptoms, there are many and it is different for everyone and every pregnancy. The most common are no period, breast tenderness, feeling sick to your stomach, with or without vomiting, and tiredness. If you think you might be, then you really should test.

The symptoms vary. It could be morning sickness, breast pain, no period, light period. You will never really know unless you visit a Dr. or take a test.

If you were pregnant and you missed your period, you could be feeling a little morning sickness, tired all the time, and your breasts might be a bit sore.
