There are no Prime Minister of the United States. However, the current President of the United States is George W. Bush, President from 2001 to present

America does not have a Prime Minister. Our republic is set up with two legislative bodies (the House and Senate) and a separately elected President who presides over the bureaucracies. The current President is George W Bush. He is in his final term (presidents can only serve two 4-year terms) which will expire at noon on Jan. 20, 2009.

Well, the US doesn't have a prime minister, but a president (George W. Bush). Canada, though, has a prime minister (Stephen Harper). Was this meant to be a serious question?

USA has a different format as countries such as Britain which adopts a Prime Minister as head of government, with ministers in charged of different agencies. in America, the role is held by the President, and the ministries/agencies are led by secretaries, such as secretary of state, etc.
