Click edit on your browser and you will be given a choice of font size. Adjust from there.

2 options:

1.) On your browser, view > text size > choose your size.
2.) On your desktop right click > properties > settings > advance >general tab. What is your DPI? 96 is default. If your desktop resolution is insanely high you might wanna try increasing the DPI.

Hope that helps!

You could either use the on-board accessibility tools and open the magnifier (start> control panel > accessibility > magnifier (reader).

Or you could simply change the resolution on your screen to allow the entire window to show up larger...this you so not need to make a huge change, but play around until you find a setting that works.
(Start > control panel > display > settings)
