It could mean several things. A loaded questions could mean that if the person answers it you could take it the wrong way, find out more about the person than you wanted too, or even have it seem as though they are trying to say something back to you that they aren't really saying. It's like when a woman asks a man his honest opinion of how she looks in the dress...THAT"S a loaded question. Does he be honest and tell her it's to low cut and makes her look a bit to available, does he say the color is way to bright or does he just say you look great dear and hope for the best...in the end he's probably gonna hate the outcome and she's gonna be mad that he didn't say something when she asked...it's normally gonna be a lose lose question.

Generally it means that it sounds like a simple question, but the answer involves much more than a simple answer or will lead to more questions.
You can think of it a being loaded up with lots of implied questions.

i do no longer think of that's a load of crap - in fact i'm surprised they permit you positioned that word in the question - i be responsive to human beings who've held grudges against one yet another because of the fact that they have been seven and it quite is ridiculous. I forgive a individual as quickly as they make me snort returned. I in basic terms experience there is no factor at being mad at somebody, your lacking out on all the solid bits of life.

it means that the question has been phrased in a way that the answer would either be incriminating against yourself, or that it's a topic that would get a lot of responseit means that the question is heavy with meaning or emotional impact, or charged with hidden implication

A question that has a hidden purpose behind it's asking. The questioner will usually ask the question to find something out without blatantly asking.

when you answer a loaded question, you are setting your self up for an underlying issue, hidden in the loaded question. always answer in general, where the interperatation of your answer can be taken in more ways than one.

There is more to it than what is actually being said. They will probably be ready to attack whatever you say and you can't possibly get the answer right!
