You could buy some Hydrochoric acid ( Spirits of Salt ) from a hardware store. Beware of the fumes of hydrogen Chloride gas.

Your local chemist will supply chemical reagents if asked (and if you look like you know what to do with it), including strong acids. I bought a Winchester of strong sulphuric acid from my local chemist a while ago.

buy a car battery, or steal your folks. vinager is quite a strong acid too roughly pH of 2-3.5
