Let see who is responsible. The police who patrol the streets and the Ghetto dwellers who can report crime.

The police and the government. Also the community services in order to educate ppl and decrease the flow of crime.

The parents of these kids that do the crime. I think parents should have to do the time in jail right along side of their kids.

The communitty should take the resposibility on reducing crime, if the communitty soesn't come toghether to so something about it, nothing is going to change.
