My daughter got red nail polish on our wall and I used nail polish remover to get rid of it. It did strip the paint a little bit, but it works well. It does not get rid of it 100%, but I guess you can always paint over it too if you do not like the results.

Try a non acetone finger nail polish. It may work. Good luck

The easiest obtainable product you can use is acetone but it will also remove paint.
