A "loaded question" is one with perceived extra meaning to its subtext, generally negative. When one tells you this about a question you asked, it means: "The question you just asked me might seem innocent, but it is going to get us into an argument, and I think you meant to get us into an argument."
Loaded questions can also be ones which seem simple but require a complex and often philosophical answer.

Loaded question means that the answer to that question will lead to something explosive which the answerer does not want to disclose.
It also means that the question is a trick question and the answerer has figured that the the person who's aking the question wants to know something thats not his/her business.

An example of a loaded question:, the statement that walking in the woods alone at night is unwise because fairies are likely to bewitch unsuspecting individuals presupposes that fairies exist — a dubious proposition.
Why do Republicans hate American freedom. If you answer this you are agreeing to the premise of the question.

"A loaded question" means that your question is more complicated than it seems, has an underlying implication, or that you may be asking for more information than you will want to know (or more than the person asked wishes to disclose).
It does NOT necessarily mean a trick question, a controversial question, or a question that will cause an arugment.
