As you could have predicted, no one is taking this question seriously -- until now. I've worn women's clothes, including bras and panties, on a full-time basis for nearly 25 years. As a transvestite, I accept it as part of the psychological equation of preferring the clothes of the opposite sex.
Bras are special because they are the one item of feminine attire which has no equivalent among men's clothes. Even dresses and skirts have male equivalents in some cultures. Perhaps it is because the bra has such strong associations with womanhood that it holds such fascination for men -- espcially for those who enjoy wearing one as a matter of habit.
I wear a bra every day. My collection includes about eighty altogether -- a wide variety of colors, styles, and numbers of hooks. Many come from thrift shops, some from lingerie stores, and some from department stores. I never hesitate to explain that the bra is for me. Why lie about it? From the fact that I usually wear a dress, it should be pretty obvious.

I have gynecomastia and wear a bra all day everyday. A 38C fits the best, but a 40B or 40C works as well, depends on the style of bra. I have about 40 of them.

There is a condition that exists known as gynecomastia, which is an abnormal enlargement of the breasts in males.
Some men with this condition may need to wear bras.
No, I don't have gynecomastia and I don't wear bras ; )

My manboobs never got big enough to need a bra, and I've since replaced them with pecs.
