From my work experience, I've found that when I had a female boss, she tended to be more manipulative, dishonest, unstable, b!tchy, power hungry, prone to be caught up in petty trivialities, and more unpleasant to work with. My male bosses, even though some were incompetent, were at least kinder and more pleasant, less likely to go on crazy mood swings and yell at people for no reason.

I hate to say those things about my female bosses because they sound like typical female negative stereotypes. Being a female, of course I have an inclination to want to support my sisters! But the truth is for me that my female bosses have been absolutely awful.

When I lived in the US, I loved working for women and with all women. I don't know, I've always been lucky in that my coworkers weren't slackers and all had good work ethics so we were like one big family of girls. My boss wasn't a bit.ch but she wasn't a pushover either.

In the Bahamas, I HATE working for women...they are too petty and encourage negative competition between women and tend to favour men.
