What is a good memorable prank I can do on my neighbors?

Every night, I have this laser following me around the house. The people down the street sit on their porch and harrass people with their laser pen. They know I see it, because even when I walk out of my door, there's this red thing on my chest, and sometimes in my face.

I need a really good prank to get them back, an anonymous prank would be sufficient enough, because I don't want to get into a prank war. Just the thought that I did something to them will help me feel less harassed. I need good ideas.

They have a big lit up porch, and always about 4 cars parked on the lawn. (white trash I know). But what do you expect from kids who harass people with lasers?

you could fork there yard (stick forks all over there yard, a pain in the a s s to get out. or put a bunch of rubberbands o n there driveway there are impossible to broom away so you have to ick up each one

A good prank if they have a lot of cars is to hammer a potato up the exhaust pipe. Then the car won't start but it does no real damage and the car will start once you pull it out.
The flaming bag of dog poop on the doorstep is also a good classic prank.
Another good one is to hide a tape recorder in the bushes--preferably soemthing you control by remote and reocrd some creepy things that will freak them out.
