go to your local library they probably wont have the actual papers but you can view and print them on microfiche

if you got a big library thats always good if not ring up the company and they should be able to print you a copy for a certain fee, not only that some companys are selling "the day you born newspapers" which are reprinted of newspapers on the certain day

They may be found at your local library or a nearby college library on Microfiche if not in "har-print". They may also have an interlibrary loan on them if they are available at another library out of town.

Or, just go to the web site of the paper, and search for the time you want. I did with News Herald in Ohio, they had papers back to the 60's on the net, but just like the top stories and things like that.
