Hello there. The new medical findings are that pre-ejaculate does NOT contain viable sperm unless it is shortly after a previous orgasm. At that time it could contain some viable sperm. Under normal circumstances it does not.
If you are trying to get pregnant this is not a very good way to go about it.
If you do NOT want to become pregnant then you should not be having any kind of sex on your most fertile days.
You do not say if you are using a reliable form of birth control. I think that would be a really good idea for you.
