you should stay away from unpasteruized cheeses - like bleu cheese or brie or feta. Any soft, spreadable cheeses are probably not good. You can eat hard cheeses like cheddar and swiss. I guess they use parmesan cheese on spaghetti and pizza. Mozarella is OK too. If you read the label and it says it's pasteurized, you'll be fine. But if it's a "stinky" cheese, stay away from it.

I have had 3 kids and ate cheese all the time. The cheese on speghetti is parmesana and the cheese on pizza is mozzerella. All these new things they are coming up with that you cannot eat is crazy to me. My kids are only 6, 4, and 3 and I was never told not to eat any of this stuff. Women have eaten this stuff for thousands of years and delivered healthy babies.

hard cheeses are safe. It is the soft cheeses like Brie that are not safe for pregnant women. I would use either parmesan, mozzarella, mizythra is good or a romano.

There is nothing dangerous about eating typical cheese while pregnant. Just don't anything that is contaminated. That would mean to be safe, you might avoid blue cheeses and unpasteurized cheese.

I never heard of any cheese actually being bad for you while you are pregnant. Parmesan for Spaghetti. Just sprinkle on, or mozerella, melt it on.

Only soft cheeses are unsafe, such as feta. There are others, but you can find a list of ALL unsafe foods online.
