I have found the history on my computer thankyou. now how do I access the programmes that have been viewed.?

The history shows the websites that you've been to, not the programmes that have been run.

Windows does not track which programmes have been run to my knowledge, and I've been working with Windows professionally since version 1.0.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options, then Settings, then View Files. This will show you the websites that have been viewed. You can click on anything that you see there, and it will take you to the page.
