its all in the ink/printer/paper used. there is no way in any design program that you can make that happen.

I am not trying to disillusion you, but unless you are a Professional, and do a ton of design stuff you are really wasting your time. There are literally 10's of millions of photo's out there with nothing and the watermark isn't as fool proof as you might think. It may be worth your while to see what it takes to prove and prosecute, I doubt you have the resources to take this much farther, over the use of a picture. This is done on a daily basis and if the huge corporations don't bother why would you, they have the resources. Don
