Hi, I'm a girl, I'm studying degree program in Hong Kong, and I want to have further study after I graduated and get a job in US. But it would be too difficult to just get in US, can anyone tell me that how can I get a green card?

I know fake marriage would be one of the option, but how much would that be, and is anyone who really want to marry you just to help you? How can I know he is a good guy and won't mistreat me after I marry him? And how can I be sure that he won't just tell the immigration right after he got my money?

Please help me, please......
Thank you so much! Thank you so much!

You should never marry someone just for a green card. Breaking our federal laws is hardly a good way of starting a life in a new country.
You're best legal option would be to come here on a student visa (F1), which requires that you proof you have enough money for tuition and living expenses for a year. After you complete your degree, you should be able to work here legally for a year in an area related to your field of study. If you are really good at what you do, you might be able to find an employer willing to sponsor you for a work visa.
My advice to you would be to spend some time here as a student, pay what you have to pay (if you can afford it) and get to know as many Americans as possible. Get really aquainted with the local customs and culture and try to learn English as well as you possibly can. You might find that the years spent here satisfied your need for an American experience. You might find out that Hong Kong is where you really want to live. Or, you might fall in love with an American and end up marrying him, out of love, legitimally, and then be eligible for a green card.
And by the way, it is cheaper to go to school with a green card, but keep in mind it would take you almost 2 years to get your green card after you applied (after marrying a US citizen) and then you'd have to wait another 1 year to become a legal resident of the state where you were residing to qualify for in-state tuition. And that's only if you are planning to go to a public school. If you go to a private school, the tuition is the same regardless of your residential/legal status.
Good luck.

You don't know if he'll mistreat you or not. thats the risks you take baby. But...what are you? Chinese? America welcomes the Chinese with open arms. Most Asians work like coolies (no pun intended there) and become good and productive members of society as well as sucessful. not like some of our homegrown types who suck coffers dry with welfare, food stamps, refusing to work but drop kid after kid out of their wombs and spend their state checks on drugs, booze, cigarettes and other vices.
Its not as hard to get in this place as you may think. Besides...this is the age that anyone who comes from a counrty whose gross national product is sand and rocks and wears a set of kitchen curtains on their heads are scrutinized with a microscope. You'll probably waltz right through immigation while they're being strip searched for the ump-teenth time.

See you in Manhatten! Be sure to take in a show and eat at the Carnegie Deli. They have great corned- beef sandwiches!

I have the same idea find someone to marry and go to the states but if you like you can marry me and get yourself europe. I'm also an australian citizen but I think you'd actually have to live there to get that. I figure it should be easier and very willing to grant this favour to someone and hopefully some nice american girl will help me out.
