you live near mysore,karnataka.your best bet would be to ger a small time carpenter or handy man to erect a wooden frame to suit your requirment , wire mesh can be bought at a hardware store & fixed to this frame,your queries & the like are adressed on a tv programme shown all over india,called anadata on etv.,they also answer viewers questions.you speak of a kitchen garden,do you know that rabbit droppings are an excellent help in compost making from kitchen scrap & garden wastes.
