We read that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". I know that it is hard to believe but "ALL" means "Everyone". You and I are included in that as well as every preacher that has ever lived. I am sure that the apostles also sinned and prayed for forgiveness. The Apostle Paul continually spoke of the thorn in his side which may have been anything but we know such things keep us from working with God's Work at times when we need to. We know that Sodom was so terrible that God destroyed it. We know that the Great Flood took place because of the evil on earth and that only Noah and his family were saved as a result of his faith in God. There are so many examples of sinful actgivity in the Bible that we can not name them all but they are only a handful compared to what has happened in the lifetime of this earth.
