See a doctor for advice. people on this site are not qualified, trained, or licensed to give medical advice. It's his health!! Important enough to see a professional who can answer the questions you have. Good luck.

Look in the creams area of your local drugstore. There should be a cream containing antibiotics/penicillin. It is sometimes called a "pomada". Rub that onto the bumps after he washes them. Also, I've heard that taking a bath in baking soda water (fill the tub and add a cup or so of baking soda) will clear up the bumps if they are an allergic reaction to something.
Good luck.

see a dermatologist. they could be anything from a mild infection to simple dermatitis. a professional will be able to diagnose what it is and perscribe an appropriate treatment.

It could be herpes...........but only a physician will be able to say after giving a proper look at the situation. DO NOT take any online advice, and please go to an expert asap.
