I'm thinking about starting up my website, but I don't know too much CSS. Is that going to be a problem? Will my domain provider help me design my webpage?

You may be thinking of a "host" rather then a "domain provider". Usually the big places where you can register domain names have the worst service when it comes to web builders and support so they probably would not help you with CSS. I have bookmarked a couple sites on del.icio.us that could help with basic CSS here http://del.icio.us/eplanit/CSS. I have had really good luck with this hosting provider http://www.business-know-how.com/content/view/21/49/ Anytime you are chosing a place to host your website you want to make sure they give you the ability to add databases for things such as a shopping cart, blog etc and that you can FTP your own content and are not stuck with a "template" that looks horrible and you can't modify. I'm with T Mobile, but was with Orange for many years. If Orange would give their customers better deals rather than trying to entice new customers I would have probably stayed with them. Their customer service line is free while you have to pay .50p per minute with T Mobile and they keep you waiting ages. I paid £6 the other day trying to get T Mobile Customer Services and gave up, I couldn't afford the bill. I'm tied in 6 month through an 18 month contract but will probably look at orange again nearer the end of my contract. I never had any problems with reception or making calls with orange, but have just had real problems in Cumbria with T Mobile, but that could be the same for both companies in that region.
