Its ok..its not perfect, but this is my home and i wouldnt want to live elsewhere.

You can never get food like you get here..so many varieties, and so many stalls/restaurants. Its typical for the people to eat out all the time, and on daily basis.

Besides the food, you can never get the same hospitality like in malaysia. We like to welcome our guests generously.
Aside from other tourists, the Muslims tourists especially love to visit Malaysia, as its a perfect holiday destination for them. Halal food is accessible everywhere, and locals wont stare at you for being a muslim and for wearing a hijab / head scarf, compared to other holiday destinations.
In fact, I think Malaysia is one of the most tolerant countries I
know of.

Malaysia also has beautiful destinations to visit. I especially love the beaches and the islands.

The cost of living is not too high and the economy is stable.

Cons- corruption and nepotism, but that happens everywhere. Some of the leaders and politicians are downright dirty and disgusting, but again politicians are like that everywhere. Malaysia needs to improve its democratic space, and especially racial relations. Theres a lot of tension then what one is willing to admit. But we wont solve anything by sweeping the dirt under the rug.

Nevertheless, im here and wouldnt want to be elsewhere

malaysia..my home sweet home...
Corruptions? Please...its everywhere in this world...
Great beaches? YES...especially in Sabah, Langkawi, Terengganu & Penang
The people? like other ppl from the other side of this globe, some great, some good, some ok, some annoying, some bad...face it!
The food? U cannot get satay, nasi lemak, rendang and lemang from anywhere else....BUT u have to be in Malaysia..PLUS u can always enjoy variety of foods from so many countries here.
So.....welcome to Malaysia, so much more to explore & so much more to think again about your perception of Malaysia & being a Malaysian. Thank u for your time. Majulah Sukan Untuk Negara....

Malaysia like much of the Orient is a land of mystery but also of rapid modernization. Kuala Lampur is a very modern city but there are still areas of jungle with leopards and wild beasts. The people are great and many are polyglot, speaking Malaysian, Chinese, English, dialects of Indian and their own Malay. Food is fantastic but a bit hot for some....try the satay or a curry. It is hot and humid most of the year. It is a very safe area. Visit some of the temples as Malaysia is a melting pot of Buddhism, Hindu, Islam and Christian religion. The government is good and efficient but very independent. The currency has been stable for many years now.

Not too proud of her, but don't hate her.
I feel disgrace of the overused slogan "Malaysia Boleh"!
Don't want to further comment, not a country allow too much freedom of speech... I may end up behind bars. :'(
