I have lived here for over 12 years.. It was sold to a new owner. And ,now he said rent is going up From $235.00 T0 $345.00. It isn't even that large of a place. But, We haven't signed any papers yet. I think, That much increase is crazy. It would be hard to move the mobile home.. Is this much increase, legel?

You need to check Fair Housing To see if this is legal where you live. There is such a thing as rental increases, but its usually legal at about 15% of your current rent.

From what I have found so far, PA does not have rent control laws. Still searching for possibilities.

The only thing that could help you is if you have a lease. A landlord/owner cannot change the terms of a lease in the middle of it. If you are month to month, then I dont see any other options. Sorry.

except you have a lease indicating in any different case, the landlords can advance lease with an difficulty-free thirty day word of reason to attain this, which they have curiously performed. you haven't any longer any foundation upon which to combat this. If there is occasional airborne dirt and dust in the water, get your self a first rate water filter out. they could be had at homestead Depot for variety of $20. Potholes do no longer provide flat tires except you're driving too rapid. decelerate.

Need more specifics to answer this question, like did you have signed agreement at another amount, and how long was that term for? How much was your old lot rent?
