The main part is called the WDV (waste-drain-vent). In order for water to be removed to the septic it needs the vent to allow the air to move in to replace the waste water. Otherwise you will have a locked system that can not discharge. Next is your Main Supply, this is the point of entry for the water to enter the building. Parts of the WDV are your water closets (toilets) sink drains, traps, etc. Beyond the water main is your water pump, heater, boiler, etc. It is a priority to not allow any waste to contaminate the supply. As well the top of the vent should be atleast above the eaves to eliminate odors from re-entering the structure. A good rule of thumb for any plumbing is this: "Water runs uphill, crap runs down, and payday is Friday". There you go, you are now a self learned plumber. For further assistance please try to be a little more specific in your questions. Hope this helps
