When you get a job and salary offer to ask for more money?

Sure, if your skills can compensate for the increase.

It can be addressed such as "well, that's a wonderful offer, but I was expecting something in the range of XXX."

Or perhaps, you could use another "competitor" of the company, such as "well, that's a wonderful offer, but XYZ is offering me XXX."

It is tricky, but it is ok to address this issue.
