Go to ebay. Do an advanced search for your model, only this time check the complete auctions. That way you'll see what they actually sold for.

If you don't have M$ office on that thing... about $400 is my guess.

properly, relies upon on the way you experience making use of a keyboard and mouse, in my opinion i might want to choose the gaming controller (might want to continuously get one on the pc and end the question with different video games besides) and in the journey that your brother takes it away (im assuming purely kicking you off) purely be a weirdo and tell on him, its humorous as hell through the way! :D yet yeah probs purely get it pc, like i stated in case you dont like the keyboard purely get a gamepad
