I'm 43, Deadhead for my whole life, even tho I was too young for the best fun during the 60's & 70's to follow them. Man, that would have been awesome... But around 8 or 9, I remember seeing them on the Midnight Special, "Sugar Magnolia" was the 1st song I remember from The Dead...Always loved them, & saw them live as often as I could. Atlanta, when I was young, Miami & everywhere between AL., GA,TN,FL...etc the South East. When Jerry died, (really died, the last time) My husband & I, along w/millions of folks camped out in Piedmont Park. The vigil was peaceful & very cool...Too cool for us to take our son, he was 3 or 4, but he did go to the last concert w/us.
