Can be used to do anything they want really. Clear debts, buy players, improve the stadium facilities etc etc.
A certain amount goes to the agents involved in the transfers, and a bit to the player as well.

The money is used to pay any replacements with it's stadiums, payrolls, or anything it may owe as well as fan clubs, etc.
Usually it is for players. The money can be saved so that it can "buy" players for future signings. More money is saved, so it can "buy high priced players". It can be used to pay for the uniforms and the washing of it. etc.
But this is done with it's accountants and money handlers as well as interference with bosses of the club. These clubs are just one big business and winning games and championships are their goal.

i think 20 % of that money goes to the player himself, and the rest goes to the club...and they can use the money in whatever way they like..for the wages of the players and for buying other players and for stadium improvement and stuff like that.

20-25% to the player himself
40-50% to buy a replacement
20-25% is taken by the club
