Completed high school and recently started college. But education means nothing on the use of spelling and grammar. I know the grammar rules backwards and forwards, but I feel like an idiot using them.
So, I say what I want to, when I want to, and how I want to. The only time I use proper English is in English class, and rarely do I use it then. Especially if I know it wil irritate the teacher!

High school graduate, but I've been a writer since I was seven years old, so I guess you could say I have additional education in english. My typing skills are fair, but I make a lot (yes, I know that isn't even classified as a word) of typos and still have problems with the "big words".

Masters degree - but I agree with some of the answers above - some people are terrible typists and/or spellers - also I've noticed that a lot of people who use this aren't always English as a first language folks..

College graduate. I am a vet, and part time pilot. I totally agree with you. I think todays kids are lazy, and want to make up some kind of short-cut language. It's not the teachers, it's the lazy kids. My friend has a teenage daughter, and he tells me, for her, it's my boyfriend, my boyfriend, my boyfriend.

Two degrees and an MBA and I really don't care about spelling...it ain't a competition on this website is it?
Grammer on the other hand is supremely important as half of my questions are puns and things that need exact grammer!
