I would like this to happen and for my family to eat it. Those who refused would be disinherited. I am serious.

It is legal for you to ask it, it is illegal for them to do it.

No, it's illegal to dispose of a body this way - in America at least.

You can tell them to make rat pie and eat that if you like :-)

In any case, the executor or relatives of a deceased person can ask that unusual conditions such as this be set aside. That would most likely happen, and the court, not your will, would decide where the money goes.

You're wasting your anger. Probate courts will not enforce will provisons that are against public policy. If you want to disinherit your family, do it outright.

Legally you can ask, but I do not think there is a spot in the US where it would be legal for them to bake it, never mind consume it.

It is "legal" to ask for anything in your will. It would be against the law to actually do what you ask.
