CCNA is good (its a network certification though). MCDBA is ok. To be honest with you, its better to be an Oracle certified, its much more respected. I took the first course for the MCDBA and my professor taught us 11th grade information such as what is a bit? what is an ethernet? so I rather learn that from work experience than pay for mcdba courses.
