i am in united kingdom ,london . i rented this flat with a one year agreement . now it is sold to another person. is my agreement still valid? will something change?

The agreement that you have from the first landlord is now invalid so you will have to find another flat

You may remain there until your lease is up. Once your lease expires, the new owner may take posession. When someone purchases a property, they are subject to any existing leases and MUST honour them through the expiry date.

Under an assured shorthold tenancy, you generally have a right of posession but the owner can put you out if they wish to occupy it themselves or place a family member there.

Check with the local CAB; it's been a while since I was a tenant in the UK and things may have changed a bit since then.
