SUPPORT ALL THE WAY!!!!!
I gave birth to two kids, and am expecting another any time now. If I want to spank them, I will.
Also, the world was a lot better off when parents ran things, instead of the kids running things. You'd better believe that my kids are gonna get spankings. When the government is paying my bills and buying my groceries, they can tell me how to raise them. Until then, I don't need anyone telling me how to raise my kids.

Against it. My husband and I never spanked. I don't understand how people can hit their children. I know a lot of people disagree, but I could never spank.

There's a thin line between spanking and beating. As long as that line is never crossed, then spanking is fine.
Spanking should never be done while you are still angry, that is usually when the person has no self control and it turns into beating.

I was spanked as a child and I grew up just fine. I don't smoke, don't drink, never did drugs, didn't have wild unprotected sex, nothing. Nowadays, kids are pretty much getting away with everything and if mine ever acted the way I see some kids are, I will discipline them - even if that resorts to spanking.
Spanking is not cruelty - beating a child is cruelty.

I'm all for a good spanking- but usually my wife is the submissive and thus on the receiving end.

I support spanking a child, as long as it's within reason. And, I choose to use it as a last resort, after verbal warning and punishment.

i support it. sometimes its the only way to get a child to regret doing somethng they did for their own good. spankings shouldnt be given out of anger though. i was spanked when i was a kid and i learned from it. i also dont feel i was abused.
