I first met my wife when she was about 4yrs old and i was 9yrs. We never had a friend ship through the years. When i was 20 yrs. old. I saw a beautiful young lady walking down the street and it was her. We dated for 3 WEEKS and then we eloped. We got married soon after. We proceeded to have 4 children together. December 4th will be 12 years of marriage. Your probably thinking about the age thing. Well theres no way i would allow my daughter to marry at that age but some how it just kinda felt like the right to do at the time. That and our families new each other. It turned out that when my father met my mother at a state fair they exchanged addresses and were boyfriend/girlfriend via US postal service for year. The following year after they met, my father eloped with my mother and found refuge at some lady's house. Well the lady ended up being my mother in law . So because of what she did so many years ago. I ended up marrying her daughter.............I hope I didnt confuse you but is that a cool little love story or what?

We knew each other for three years. The first year I was still dating someone else. Then we dated two years, got engaged and eight months later got married - over 17 years ago and still going strong! Never lived together before we got married - that's the key!

After 1 month of dating he asked me to go ring shopping with him, I was 25 and he was 32 at the time. He proposed 3 months later in order to surprise me - even though I knew it was coming, I didn't know where it would happen - so that was fun. Then we really saved up and planned our dream wedding, which we had last year. We've been together a total of 3 years now and married just over a year. I'm now 28 and he's 36.

We were together for 2 years and 10 months, he proposed one night at the park that we went to on our first date and in the same spot where he asked me out. We got married that next July on the 27th (that's about 7 months) and as of 11/30/06 we have been married for 4 months and 3 days.

We met for the first time on Monday April 9th, 1979, first date was Friday April 13th, 1979, got engaged July 6th, 1979, married Aug. 18, 1979 and been together ever since, well, I did leave him for 6 weeks. It hasn't been a bed of roses, got to have lots of patience, tolerance and of course love! We have 2 grown girls, 1 granddaughter and another baby on the way in early 2007. I tell ya, it has been an adventure to say the least!
