That question doesn't make sense since there would be no reason for Che and Castro to fight each other. If they fought each other they would be different people. It would depend when though because after Castro was established as leader of Cuba, he had his own army. Che joined a revolutionary army in Equador after giving up his post as cuban finance minister (i think...?) that was defeated resulting in che's death. I think Che was a better guerrilla fighter as Castro was more of leader than a soldier. Still its a moot point.

Going on just suppose, they did fight each other. Well Che was the more romantic figure, young and an icon of the times so he appealed to the youth of that time who also had their own type of rebellion. So Che would have been the most popular to win against Castro. This is just suppose of course.

More than likely Che Guevara, being that he was much more popular with the public. He was an International Icon. Loved by millions. Still to this day.
