can't find it in my add/remove section.....downloaded by mistake...now i want it off...gone...removed. thank you

It should be in Add/Remove. If you are 100% sure it is not find the FireFox folder. Right click on its icon and press Properties, when the box comes up press Find Target. It will take you to the FireFox folder, Something like C:/Program Files/FireFox/
Find the uninstall .exe
If you can't find that don't just delete all the files, you may have to download it again, reinstall it and then use Add/Remove to delete it. By reinstalling it the computer should put it back in the Add/Remove section.

Don't understand why you would want it removed but,
make sure you are looking for "Mozilla Firefox" in the add/remove programs panel. If it's not there, you may have gotten a bad version of the program.

if you have a icon on desktop right click,when list opens click properties,when it comes up on shortcut click find target,it should take you to the firefox file. delete it there.that should do it.If not restore past the point where firefox was installed.
