At your hotel, who is the person to ask to get you tickets to shows?

There are a few people. If you are not a big gambler, the concierge at the hotel can help secure tickets to a show; if you are a gambler, the pit boss (for the tables) or a slot host (for slot machines) these last two options are based on your play of course.

The concierge. If the hotel doesn't have a concierge, talk to the front desk and they can get you in touch with someone.

The person at the front counter... the pit boss... I'd try the front counter first though.
