For some reason, guys across the world (myself included) are always up for the idea of building a fort. Whether it be outdoors made of branches or indoors made of sofa cushions, why is it that boys far more than girls find the idea so, so cool?

=I am a female and always did this as a child. Having always being an outdoorsy type of person, it was my own room or personal space outdoors. I still do it today but instead it is a gazebo and patio instead.

I am a girl and building forts was probably my favorite thing to do as a kid. I have no idea why any other girl wouldn't like that.
