CCNA.

Almost ANY IT related job can have some component of networking in it. The CCNA not only deals with Cisco (which is a HUGE market share in networking) but it also deals with basic networking skills (IP addressing OSI etc).

Now compare that to a MSDBA, there are far fewer jobs that benefit by someone being MICROSOFT certified database admin. First of all less jobs deal with databases AND there are lots more of those jobs that have nothing to do with SQL.

Another way of looking at it: Many more databases are used over a Cisco network than networks that rely on SQL databases.
