I saw a documentary about a man who fell while hiking in a Utah natl. park. Anyone know the name of it?

He went hiking along and fell into a crevice. He was there for a few days, I think, and ended up having to either break his arm or amputate. He had one package of some type of food and had to drink his own urine to survive. He was a very experienced hiker but did not tell anyone his whereabouts this time.
