Hey Steph,

Wall paper paste, for a long time. Contact Cement for a short period and ease of removal.

Why do you want to post bills?

Even if you use 'ethical' paste, will you be posting ethically, ie not doing it illegally?

If illegal, why should you care which is best if you will already be breaking the law?
