Intern: "President Clinton, you're just trying to get me alone to molest me!"
Clinton: "No, miss, I swear. It's just that it's such a unique clock, you really should look at it."
Intern: "Okay, if you insist."
In his office, Clinton drops his trousers.
Intern: "But that's not a clock, Mr. President"

It's okay. We'd be more than happy to kick his butt out of the office. He wouldn't be the president and he's not the first lady, so he doesn't have to be there.
I would say that Monica did most of the "Hands on" things.

He won't be coming back - as such. And he won't have so much power - plus he'll be older - the girls may be less inclined to grant him "favours". Plus if he now did anything wrong, he'd be incurring the wrath of the PRESIDENT - risky!!
