Hey kumar.....bothered by dirty office politics.....here's the solution buddy......
first of all u must know what is ur prime goal or what u want to achieve by working in that office.....once u know that u back ur desire to achieve that with a firm determination.....just forget about those pimps who trouble u......god will give them appropriate punishment one day.......try being jovial and try befriending them ......u r destroying an enemy if u r turning him as ur friend......if it does not work , then aim higher man, someday u may be the boss of the bosses......just dream big , and back it by a strong desire to succeed....

let me tell you a story
there once was a farmer that had 3 chickens. everytime he checked he only found 2 eggs. he decided to watch his hens. the three hens went inside and 2 came out clucking loudly. but the last one came out quiet and silent. He decided to make a stew from the silent one. The next day he only found one egg.
What do we learn from that? Even people who dont do anything make noise on their accomplishments. ...and... not to show what you did can be fatal.
Showing the rigth attitude at all times, keeping your workspace clean and informing your boss on your accomplishments regularly will ensure that he does not loose track of you in the jungle of dirty office politics. Not doing this might lead to someone else wearing the crown that you earned.

Well it's difficult to initiate action at the beginning ,it shud be wise to know why such a situation has occured first.Ignorance if someone is bullying you or if its too much then calmly confronting them .All the best. Ofcourse this happens everywhere and there are lot of obstacles for being sucessful so nevermind.

If you can, stay away from the group. Ignore everyone who is playing dirty politics. Eventually they will be caught and they will pay for their conduct. I warn you, do not get involved if you can help it.
