Is it possible for the comishiner of your league to change his players after he already played other players?

is it possible for the comishiner in your fantasy football league to chamge his players durin a game when he already played someone else? {so if another player does better he can change them so he could get more points} because i think the comishiner in the league im in did that

a commissioner has the tools to edit any roster for any current and previous week at any time....the have complete jurisdiction over their leagues...

Yes they can. They are allowed to edit rosters any week, so it's very possible that he might have done that.
