for yourself or someone else?? You can of course obtain your own records via your wireless provider, but I don't believe you are legally able to purchase someone else's records without their knowledge/permission.

no where that i am aware of, if you are looking for a log of calls made on your phone, you should be able to contact your provider and they can set up your bill to be very in detail and show all these things
