What are the warning signs for a cheating spouse? Can a good family man, one who is devoted to his wife and kids end up in the arms of another woman (eh, or man) and can a devoted wife and good family woman end up in the arms of another man (woman)? Does being a flirt put someone at high risk of cheating?

I believe that we are all responsible for our own choices we make., and no matter how happy things appear to be on the outside, it's what's inside that makes someone cheat.
People don't just cheat for sex,,,their are many reasons that someone cheats, wether it be relationship, committment, financial, stress, drugs, alcohol, or jjust sex,
Is their a reason that you are asking this specific question?????
I think one of the main signs is distance,,,,making themselves distant from the one they love, as far as communication, or loving on each other,,,,
A change in his/her behavior like,,,if they normally didn't do this or that,,,,and suddenly they break their neck to do it,,,,,an almost fakeness in their kindness, that is very noticeable to you their partner,,,but maybe not to others,,,,
Then you have the real good cheaters,,,like my ex-husband,,,who stay devoted to their family, and friends, and wife/husband,,,,and you are none the wiser,,,and everything seems like it has for years,,,,
but maybe a few extra late nite meetings,,,,phone calls,,,,running errands a little more frequent,,,,offering to do the running around to lessen your load,,,,offering to wash your car, because it's dirty?????cleaning up after themselves more,,,,making an effort more strongly to show you how much they care,,,,,or making a lot of gestures like,,,,I never want to lose what we have,,,I'm sorry for all I have done wrong lately,,,,picking little stupid fights,,,,,stressed out or agitated over little things, that normally would have not botherd them,,,,
Sometimes,,,we think that the grass is alot greener on the other side of the fence,,,,when in all actuality,,,,it's isn't real grass,,,,but ASTRO TURF,,,,FAKE,,,,UNDERSTAND,,,,,
If you think that your mate is cheating 9X'sout of 10 you are having that feeling for a reason,,,,we don't just after 10 years of marriage,,,have that feeling on un-faithfullness for no reason,,,,
I have learned from alot of experience,,,that you should always always always,,,,LISTEN TO YOUR GUTT INSTINCT!!!!!!!!!
It will all eventually come out in the wash,,,,and If I were you,,,,I would wait and let the pot simmer,,,,before you let it known that you suspect them,,,,Their will be alot of denial,,,and tears,,,and anger,,,,but If you think that and had enough gull to ask on here,,,,,than you have answered your own question,,,,,,

Signs.... not coming home at night... lying..... money is missing but he cant explain where it went... not having sex with his wife... Probably many more signs that I just cant think of right now... If a family man is cheating and not showing his wife any kind of attention, I can see the wife finding that attention somewhere else.. not that I agree with it, but I can see it happening.. I do believe being a flirt could lead into other things.. depends on who he/she is flirting with..

Men's ego's need to be stroked constantly! If you are failing in this category then he will seek it elsewhere to feel "special" again. I think men like to feel like sexual Gods and women do it to replace a lack of emotional intimacy from their man. If you can account for his whereabouts and he is coming home to you at his usual times and still showing the same amount of attention to you, chances are he is being honorable. Otherwise, be aware! I think men give subtle signs all the time, but women choose to ignore them cause they can't deal with the truth. If you even have to ask this question then maybe you have picked up on some clues already. I hope not. Good luck.
