Get checked for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Check out the symptoms at www.hufa.org and see if you have other than just this one symptom.

For quick relief, go eat something sugary - like a candy bar with nuts in it (not the best - but a quick fix), then take a short break (if possible) and climb some stairs - if you have any - or take a brisk walk. If none of the above is do-able, lean back in the chair - pretend you are out in the woods where the air is clean, breathe deeply and let it out - about 5-6 times. The head may feel a little clearer. Repeat every ten minutes.

This should help, if it is a low blood sugar moment.

Have someone build you a head support that you can slip over your head and rest on your shoulders ... kind of a basket with maybe a few springs or hydraulic pistons and maybe a little bubble wrap (just in case). You'll look as stupid as your question sounds, but it should do the job!

Yes ask some one for some paracetamol, if that don't work, then I would advice that you ask to go home sick.

Is it really worth putting yourself through all this, when they probably won't appreciate you any more for it.
