all of my isp's will not work on my computer. that error message that says something along the lines of "...has encountered problems and needs to shut down." then you have that choice to either send report or dont sent report. how can this problem be resolved?

It has nothing to do with the virus. Your problem with the ISP's comes from a bad configuration or some software you might have installed and has overwritten your configuration files. You should reinstall the software that came from your ISP and reconfigure your connections. If this doesn't work, and you still want to format your computer, you shoul ask some with a higher level of experience to do it for you because you might damage your computer.

I would suggest that you purchase a good anti-virus and spyware program and scan your computer. Chances are your desktop is infected and that's why you are unable to connect.

If you do not have any important information on the computer then you could always format the computer. If you have your Windows cd handy, insert it and follow the instructions. It's pretty simple, it'll ask you to install windows, you say yes but make sure to delete the partition after and then go to format.

dont format it ...
its a common viruse man
the worm blast ****
just try to download the antiwormblast from some other computer and insert it to ur computer, coz there is no way for u to connect to interent... it gives u 1 min and then restart itself automatically...

Each computer is different, but if you have a restore CD you can tell it to wipe the hard drive clean and reinstall everything.
