When using the TES, those in the teaching profession as well as undergraduates / postgraduates read the same.

Although in the main it is for employment purposes, the Dearing report has made professional development an compulsory part of degrees and so wannabe teachers will need to peruse the same, plus other publications / sites for research....

regional newspapers are good to advertise in if you are looking for someone from a particular demographic...hope this helps!

Yes mabie it is just teachers who read it but...........they have jobs already surely!!
