Perhaps, somthing like "Fuzzy math ago, there was this sectarian violence between them Anti-American Liberals up north and us good Christian conservatives down in the south, uh, I mean, well, the Liberals won and I congratulate them, but uh well, its not a civil war because its semen-ticks. And you cant have civil war when you have semen-ticks. But anyway lots of people got killed, and that is not gonna diswade me from staying the course. Of course, by staying the course I mean peace. Until they dont want us there anymore."

Who deleted this question? I tried to go to it before and it said the questioner had removed the question. Concerning the question, I thinkt he fact that he refuses to acknowledge that civil war is brewing, let alone that it could be underway already, is simple proof of his blindness to important issues. Nice speech, by the way.
